A kite flying competition with no rhyme or reason, and no leave of appeal either. The winners are judged on enthusiasm rather than talent. Someone with a tiny kite but bags of style is just as likely to win as the person with the flashiest kite. We also suspect a lot hinges on whether the judge had sausages for breakfast.
