Emily Yates is a singer/songwriter who can usually be seen fronting the band Belleville. Influenced by female singer/songwriters such as Cat Power, Joni Mitchell and Beth Orton, Emily’s solo set is a chance to hear Belleville’s atmospheric songs in a mellow and intimate setting.

The concert will also feature songs directly inspired by Whitstable’s coastline, following her artist residency at The Little Blue Hut in Tankerton last summer.
